I had an amazing experience at Auto Collision Group in Santa Ana. Lelannie D. provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to explain the various repair and paint services available for my 2019 Toyota Corolla. The work was flawless, and I’m so happy I found ACG.

First off I have to say a huge thankyou to Adam who set up everything to get my vehicle fixed with ACG , he went above and beyond to help me out. He made this whole process easy to understand . Treated me like we’ve been friends for years ! Now when it came to ACG everyone we had contact with was extremely helpful, from the front desk which I did not catch the lady’s name was super informative . Carolyn was the one who processed the repairs and kept us updated with everything . She made sure we were well taken care of . She handled all the back and forth with our insurance which was super helpful . Nothing but a positive experience with ACG! Also want to say thankyou for the team who fixed the damage to my car . The work they did was flawless and couldn’t even tell my car was ever in an accident.

Great people to work with and a very smooth process from start to finish. The team at ACG Auto Group really knows how to work with insurance companies, which made an otherwise stressful situation much easier. Special thanks to Jose and Mayra — they were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, and I always felt informed about what was happening with my car. Another big plus is the onsite car rental facility, which was incredibly convenient and saved a lot of extra coordination. This isn’t a place anyone chooses to visit voluntarily, but when the time comes and you need help, this is absolutely the right place to go. Highly recommended.

I had the unfortunate experience of needing a door replacement on my brand new 2025 Subaru Forester Wilderness—just a day after buying it, thanks to a neighbor's mishap. After doing some research, I chose to have her insurance go through Auto Collision Group, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, Joaquin—my point of contact at ACG—was absolutely fantastic. He walked me through the entire process with patience and professionalism, making sure I felt confident leaving my car in their hands. The team provided regular updates twice a week, calling me every Tuesday and Thursday without fail. This consistent communication was incredibly reassuring. The entire process took about a month, and when I picked the car up, the repair was seamless—you’d never guess the door had been replaced. I did notice a small issue with the door trim, but Joaquin quickly took care of it without hesitation. His promptness and dedication to quality gave me full confidence that ACG stands by their work, even after the job is “done.” If you’re looking for an auto body shop that values quality over speed, ACG is the place. After my Model X Tesla go hit suffered front end damage on both sides. I took it to a shop a friend recommended and had a really bad experience. Thanks to another friend recommending Auto Collision Group in Santa Ana I moved the car over there and my experience was like night and day. A thank you to Carlos and Gabriel they satisfied all my concerns and did an exceptional job. I was so sure I was going to trade the my beloved Model X in that I had ordered a new one. But when I got the car back. They did so a good job I decided to keep it and cancelled the order. I highly recommend this shop and I am sure Carlos and Gabriel will take care of you.
